As a practicing trial attorney for over 25 years, I have considerable litigation experience in both civil and administrative law. In addition, I provide legal consultation and representation to a number of corporations as well as licensed business professionals throughout the State of Florida.

Specialties: For 25 years I have provided legal representation and consulting services to dentists and physicians throughout the State of Florida, both privately and at the behest of several malpractice insurance carriers. I have served as legal counsel for a number of health care organizations including Citizens for Healthcare Freedom (CHF) and the Alliance for Medical Freedom. As legal counsel for CHF I assisted in the drafting and passage of Florida Statute §456.41 (Alternative Health Care Treatment).
